两个词的意思没什么区别只是rise是不及物动词，后面要加介词， raise是及物动词，后面加名词。这里是rise与raise的区别
rise vi.
1、 上升升起上涨升高增加

太阳还没升起。
例如： The population of the city has risen to five million.
该市人口已增加到五百万。
2、 高耸高出[W][Q]
An immense building rose before their eyes.
