1、kind of 意思有有点儿体贴的。

如：He was kind of a fool.

他有点儿傻。

2、kind意思是各式各样的。

如：These woods are frequented by all kind of birds.

这些树林里经常栖息着各种鸟类。

二、用法不同

1、kind of单独用，表示“有点”，后接形容词或副词：

如：He is kind of thin.

他有点瘦。

2、若kind of前有a， this， that， what等，译为“种，种类” 后加名词。

如：That kind of question is difficult to answer.

那类问题难回答。
