个人觉得这个问题的答案应该是属于现在完成时结构，在英语中，现在完成时是由have/has+及物动词的过去分词构成的，常常和since/for连用，不过这个时候动词需要用持续性动词。
例如：I have learned 2，000 English words since two years ago.
He has learned how to use the Internet for about three months.
