Putup 貌似不能表示拿起来的意思 Eg： I put up the poster on the wall. 我把海报粘/黏在墙上
getup表示占用。Eg：This conversation with him took up my whole lunchtime! 和他的这场谈话占用了我全部的吃饭时间！
Get up的意思更接近起床/起来 Eg：I got up at 10 in the morning. 我早上十点才起床。
所以只有pick up的意思是拿起来...在国外 没有人会用其他三个来表示 '拿起来'的
