common强调"共同的，共有的……

in common with sb/sth = in the same way as sb/sth 与...相同

common 的意思：普通的常见的一般的），只讲“共同的共有的共享的”这层意思。它跟 same 的区别是：

词义区别：common 强调“共有”，the same 强调“相同”。

用法区别：

1、 common 一般作定语，不作表语the same 作定语和表语，均可。

2、 common 跟介词 in 连用

例如：have a lot in commonhave much in commonhave something in commonhave nothing in common。

但 same 必须跟the 连用。
