区别在于：
prefer通常与to或者over搭配，表示更喜欢，偏好，宁愿的意思，很少会和with搭配，但并不是不可以和with连用，如：
Prefer with experience.
有经验者优先。
prefer to：
Children universally prefer to live in peace and security， even if that means living with only one parent.
孩子们普遍愿意过平静安宁的生活，即使那意味着只能和单亲生活在一起。
